Lyrics (Old norse)
Limrúnar skaltu kunna,
af þú vilt læknir vera,
ok kunna sár at sjá;

Lyrics (translated) / Scandinavian
”Greinruner skal du lære ”
om du vil lege bli
og skjønne deg på sår;
rist dem på barken,
og rist dem på kvister
